2 Week Juice Cleanse – An Update
So, for everyone who read about my first article and the 2-week juice cleanse, I am sorry for keeping you waiting.
For those of you who are just tuning in, I will give you a quick rundown of my first post.
The 2 Week Juice Cleanse
I found a really simple cleanse online. It was lemon juice, cinnamon, water, natural honey and apple cider vinegar. I tried to start the cleanse one morning (before work) and I pooped twice in the hour and it took a long time for my tummy to settle. I didn’t continue that night – you are required to drink one cup in the morning and one at night.
I had to build up my confidence to commit to a full two weeks of this. I mean it obviously works as far as cleanses go. I want to track my weight and how I feel on the cleanse while keeping a record of what I ate and any exercise I have done.
Once I built up that confidence, I figured that if I start on the weekend it will give my body some time to adjust.

I was supposed to start that last week.
I lost a family member over the Canadian Thanksgiving Weekend.
It was awful and it still sucks but I won’t get into that.
I am going to restart the cleanse tomorrow with a full two-week commitment. I have Saturday and Sunday to get my body used to what is going to happen. Hopefully, by Monday I will either wake up earlier or be partially used to it and on a routine.
